What does a Reverie Picnic include?

We provide a full luxury picnic set up for 2 hours. Our set ups include our luxury picnic tables, comfortable seating, florals and decor. Our events are perfect for 2-20 guests , covering areas such as Avila Beach , Pismo, Orcutt, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Lompoc, Santa Barbara, and more. We offer customizable options for any occasion, and our style coordinator will contact you to personalize your picnic experience.

How can I choose my picnic location?

Thank you for considering us to help you choose the perfect location for your luxury picnic! We have a list of wonderful picnic locations. Depending on the experience you are looking for, we will make recommendations. We cover the entire Central Coast California region from San Luis Obispo down to Santa Barbara. If you have a particular beach, park, or residential area in mind, please let us know the specifics when you reach out to us. Our team is committed to helping you fulfill your request. If your location requires a permit, please allow up to 30 days prior to your event for us to file the permit on your behalf.

Do Reverie Picnic representatives stay during the picnic?

Our staff departs after setting up your picnic and ensuring you have everything you need. We remain nearby during the event, so don't hesitate to contact your assigned representative by phone or text in emergencies. We're committed to ensuring your event runs smoothly.

What are the available food and drink options?

While we do not provide food and beverages directly, we've got you covered with a curated list of local vendors who offer a wide array of catering options and delivery. Let us know which option you choose, and we will coordinate with the caterers on the day of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we have the flexibility to relocate the gathering indoors or arrange for a different date. However, if the cancellation is unrelated to weather conditions, the non-refundable deposit of 50% will be forfeited. If, for any reason, we can't move forward with the event, your deposit will be fully refunded. We allow two rescheduling opportunities, but please remember that additional fees may be incurred afterward. Please ensure that the remaining balance is settled 48 hours before the picnic, or else we reserve the right to cancel the event, and the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Can we depart the picnic at any time?

Please give us a 15-minute notice via phone or text if you plan to wrap up early to ensure we can arrange clean-up. You are responsible for the picnic equipment until we return. If you leave the picnic unattended and before we return to pack up, you will incur $150 surcharge and will be liable for full cost of picnic rentals and items in the event they are stolen/damaged.

Do I require a permit for my picnic?

Securing a permit largely depends on the regulations in your chosen location. Each city or area has its specific requirements. If you need help with obtaining a permit, we're here to help you.
